Behind E3RF’s Leave a Mark

Sharing Their Craft

Auction, Wine & Bourbon Partners

We’re deeply grateful for the partners who donated their craft, goods, and experiences to make this evening possible.

The willingness of these partners to entrust their exclusive experiences to E3RF not only inspires our supporters but fuels lasting impact.

True Story Whiskey generously provided the bourbon for the evening, adding handcrafted character and sparking warm conversation across the room.

Their founder also donated the exclusive auction experience “Kentucky Royalty” –  an unforgettable castle stay and private bourbon trail weekend celebrating craftsmanship and legacy.

Lambert Bridge Winery generously supplied the wine for the evening, lending a refined, celebratory spirit to the evening.

They also donated the auction experience The Sonoma Escape – an intimate, members-only getaway that offers a rare glimpse into the artistry of winemaking.

We are deeply honored by the extraordinary generosity behind the Baker’s Bay auction gift – a truly exclusive, one-of-a-kind guys trip unavailable to the public.

These individuals and organizations brought excellence and creativity to every detail of the night.

Venue Host | Dave Ramsey

We are deeply honored that Dave Ramsey opened the doors of his personal event barn to host Leave a Mark. His generosity provided a warm and welcoming backdrop for an evening with friends.

Special Performance | Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean

Country music stars Luke and Aldean generously contributed their time and talent to the evening, hosting a songwriters’ round that provided a memorable and celebratory close to the night. Their presence offered a rare opportunity for guests to enjoy an intimate experience and created moments of connection and joy for those supporting E3RF.

Thank you to Luke and Jason for using their giftedness to make a meaningful impact and for sharing their artistry in support of E3RF’s life-changing work.

Culinary Experience | Matt Bolus, The 404 Kitchen

Matt Boulious crafted a family-style, elevated dining experience that brought warmth, flavor, and connection to the evening. Each course was thoughtfully prepared, encouraging shared moments around the table.

Dining Room Service | E3 Chophouse

E3 Chophouse in Nashville’s Hillsboro Village, born from the original Steamboat Springs location founded in 2013 by brothers Adam, Andy, and Jeff LaRoche, delivered exceptional dining room service for the Leave a Mark gathering. Owned by the LaRoche, Aldean, and Bryan families, we elevate hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed.

Desert | Christina Tosi, Milk Bar

Led by two-time James Beard Award–winning chef Christina Tosi, Milk Bar is known for taking dessert to playful, imaginative heights. We’re honored that Milk Bar added its signature sweetness to our celebration.

Auctioneer |  Boundless Impact Agency

Megan McRoberts of Boundless Impact walked with our team for months—immersing themselves in E3 Ranch Foundation’s world, studying our mission, and helping us shape the story behind Leave a Mark. Megan, our auctioneer, a thoughtful communicator and passionate advocate for our work, brought energy, clarity, and inspiration to the room—helping guests connect deeply with the purpose behind their generosity.

Documentary Short Film |  RETRO 8 Films

RETRO 8 Films sat down with our team back in January, and it was instant chemistry. What began as conversation turned into a high-trust collaboration fueled by creativity and purpose. Endless hours of ideation led to a project that fused documentary realism with narrative storytelling. The Playbook became more than a film—it became E3RF’s voice, helping our partners see, feel, and believe in the mission of freedom.

Production |  Lumina Design

Lumina Design brought every vision to life; from lighting and staging to immersive atmospheres that echoed the story of Leave a Mark. Their thoughtful craftsmanship and attention to detail illuminated our mission throughout the night.

Butcher Boards |  Chipout Woodworking

Chipout Woodworking, a veteran-owned business based in Woodstock, GA, crafts custom interior furnishings with exceptional artistry. Founded by Chip Houcek, who served as a Helicopter Crew Chief and Machine-Gun Operator with the Army’s 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) after 9/11, the company creates stunning furniture, framed displays, and tabletop pieces for homes and offices. For Leave a Mark, Chip personally handcrafted the butcher boards featured during dinner service.

We’re grateful for every person championing the mission.

As the visionary and guiding force behind the evening, Will shaped the concept and flow with creativity and care. His leadership brought the night to life, creating a gathering full of warmth, connection, and meaningful moments for all guests.
