We are Ready
“Here I am. Send me.”
–Isaiah 6:8
E3 Ranch Foundation (E3RF) is a donor-funded nonprofit dedicated to putting God’s love into action. We disrupt and fight against sex trafficking, serve combat veterans, and provide crisis response in humanitarian emergencies worldwide. Guided by faith and a relentless commitment to freedom, we stand in the gap where others cannot—empowering protectors, defending the vulnerable, and bringing hope to the oppressed.

How we Operate.
E3RF operates at the intersection of law enforcement, veteran support, and crisis response, working with trusted partners to bring real solutions where they are needed most. Our mission is action. When lives are on the line, we move—boldly, decisively, and with integrity.
Our Mission
Put God’s love into action by serving others, helping those in need, and ultimately introducing them to Christ.
Our Vision
To humbly serve others and fight for those who cannot fight for themselves—with integrity, intention, and compassion.
Founders
Meet Our Visionaries.
Adam and Jennifer LaRoche are the founders of the E3 Ranch Foundation, established in 2017 with a mission to put God’s love into action by serving others, helping those in need, and ultimately introducing them to Christ. They lead by example, actively engaging in daily operations and building meaningful partnerships.
Meet Adam
After a 12-year Major League Baseball career with teams including the Atlanta Braves, Pittsburgh Pirates, Boston Red Sox, Arizona Diamondbacks, Washington Nationals, and Chicago White Sox, Adam retired to focus on service.
Adam co-founded the E3 Ranch Foundation with his wife, Jennifer, to support combat veterans, fight against human trafficking, and assist those in crisis. Adam is also a co-owner of the Outdoor Channel’s hunting show “Buck Commander,” collaborating with friends and fellow athletes.

Meet Jennifer
Jennifer balances the Foundation’s vision both globally and locally. She travels internationally to support mission work and programs, while locally, she coordinates events at the ranch and focuses on community revitalization efforts.
Jennifer and Adam are proud parents to their children, Montana and Drake, and have two grandchildren. Their unwavering faith in Christ is evident in all their endeavors.
Both Adam and Jennifer serve on the board of the E3 Ranch Foundation, continually striving to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Origin
The E3 Ranch: A Sanctuary for Veterans.
The E3 Ranch in Fort Scott, Kansas, is more than a home base — it’s sacred ground with generations of history and purpose. The land has been in Jenn LaRoche’s family for six generations, a place long rooted in hard work, faith, and freedom. Years ago, Jenn and Adam felt God’s undeniable call to use this land for something greater than themselves.
Through Adam’s time at Walter Reed Medical Center, they both witnessed what combat Veterans truly long for. It’s not pity — it’s brotherhood. It’s not speeches — it’s silence around a fire with people who understand. Today, the ranch offers Veterans a place to rest, reconnect, and find peace surrounded by open skies, good people, and the unmistakable presence of God. A place where burdens can be laid down, and no one has to explain a thing.
The Intersection
Veterans, Sex Trafficking, and Crisis Response.
So how do serving Veterans, fighting against sex trafficking, and aiding in crisis response all connect?

Connection
Many of the warriors who come to the ranch have spent their careers operating in the world’s most dangerous places, serving in our country’s most elite units.

Expertise
Over time, these friendships evolved into a network of highly trained professionals who still have the desire to serve.

Mission
Today, these men and women use their skills and experience to assist in the fight against sex trafficking and provide crisis response when the need arises.
