I wanted to let you know that under RAST you’ll now see a new hiring tracking form.
The workbook includes two sheets:

Sheet 1: Tracks where the job is publicly posted (e.g., LinkedIn, Police.gov), the number of applicants, and how many move to interviews. We do not need to track instances where the job description is emailed directly to someone — only where it is posted live.

Sheet 2: Tracks candidates as they move through each stage of the interview process.
